2 Week Frugal Meal Plan & Tips

I tend toward a lower carb diet so I avoid the breads and starches that I feed to the growing kids. So you’ll notice sometimes we have two veggies & 2 starches.

  1. Fried Chicken, oven fries, green beans
  2. hamburger, oven fries, peas
  3. Thanksgiving Dinner – Turkey, sugar free candied yams, green bean casserole, stuffing, gravy, homemade cranberry sauce
  4. Burrito, refried beans, corn
  5. Tostadas, refried beans, corn
  6. Thanksgiving Leftovers
  7. Spaghetti Squash (.99 Cent Store)
  8. Tacos, homemade refried beans, corn (.99 cent Store)
  9. Chili, tamales, cheese & onions and cornbread
  10. Tilapia with green beans, rice, salad & bread
  11. grilled salmon, salad, rice & greens
  12. Beans, Rice & Corn Bread
  13. Beans, Rice & Corn Bread
  14. Leftovers

Fish is not inexpensive. However, I purchased a bunch of fish at a great price that we are currently eating through. However
